Garnell Anabolic Mass is designed for use by the hard gainer, as well as athletes engaged in high energy sports. It has been specifically formulated as a high-calorie carbohydrate and protein supplement, which also benefits from a vitamin and mineral blend and delivers protein from three sources including whey protein concentrate. It is rich, creamy and mixes easily with either water or milk. Anabolic Mass has been designed as a carbohydrate and protein drink for use either prior to or post work out.

Based on the successful Whey-Gain formula, Anabolic Mass provides mixed chain maltodextrins as a source of carbohydrates, and derives its protein from 3 ingredients including whey protein concentrate from cross flow, micro filtered and ion-exchange whey. As with Whey-Gain, Garnell Nutrition have also included a powerful blend of multivitamins and minerals.

Directions:

Add 100g (4 level scoops) to 1 pint (560ml) of cold skimmed milk or water then blend using a blender or shaker bottle. Our recommended serving will make a large rich shake, however you may wish to consider 1/2 or 3/4 serving, which may be easier to consume post workout.
